After crushing Sri Lanka in the 1st T20I, India is set to lock horns with the home side in the 2nd T20I of the three-match series. Sri Lanka vs India 2nd T20I match will be played at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. In the first match, India outplayed Sri Lanka by 38 runs. With Shikhar Dhawan’s 46, Sanju Samson’s 27, and Suryakumar Yadav’s 50, India put up 164/5 in 1st innings.
For Sri Lanka, Avishka Fernando and Charith Asalanka were the top run-scorers with 26 and 44 runs respectively. With a fabulous 4-wicket haul by Bhuvneshwar Kumar and 2 wickets by Deepak Chahar, the Sri Lanka side was crushed to 126 all-out. Prithvi Shaw

Prithvi Shaw was gone for a duck in the 1st T20I game, losing his wicket on the very first ball of Dushmantha Chameera. However, the right-handed batsman has been in the good form during the tour. He smashed 43 and 49 runs in the 1st and 3rd ODI. Shaw is most likely to again play as an opener in the 2nd T20I as well.
Shikhar Dhawan

Shikhar Dhawan is the skipper of the Indian team. The left-handed batsman played a magnificent knock of 46 runs in the 1st innings. Dhawan will lead the team in Sri Lanka vs India 2nd T20I as well. So far, Dhawan has played a brilliant role as the captain of the team.
Sanju Samson

Sanju Samson will most probably take the no.3 spot in Sri Lanka vs India 2nd T20I game. The right-handed batsman played his first match during the tour in the 3rd ODI, scoring 46 runs. Suryakumar Yadav has been the start of India’s tour of Sri Lanka so far. The right-handed batsman was adjudged player of the match of the ODI series, after smacking 31*, 43, and 40 in the three games. In Sri Lanka vs India 1st T20I match, Yadav smashed a half-century (50) off just 34 balls.
Hardik Pandya

Hardik Pandya, who has largely failed to impress with his performance in the tour so far, picked 1 wicket in his 2-over spell in the 1st T20I. The Indian-all rounder could only score 10 runs off 12 balls in the match and lost his wicket at a crucial moment. However, Hardik Pandya is an experienced player in the team and he will find a place in the playing XI of India in the 2nd T20I.
Ishan Kishan

Yuzvendra Chahal

Varun Chakravarthy

Varun Chakravarthy made his T20I debut in Sri Lanka vs India 1st T20I. The right-arm spinner picked 1 wicket for 28 runs in his 4 overs. With his decent bowling show in the 1st game, Chakravarthy might get another chance in the second T20I.
