During the visit, Virat and Anushka sat quietly and listened as Premanand Maharaj offered his blessings. They were seen speaking with him in a calm and respectful manner. The couple dressed simply and kept a low profile throughout the visit.

This was their third visit to Vrindavan this year. They had earlier travelled there in January and May, including one visit with their children, to seek blessings from the spiritual leader. The visuals highlighted the couple’s strong spiritual connection with Vrindavan.

In a video shared by Bhajan Marg’s official X (formerly Twitter) page, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma engaged in a private spiritual discussion at his ashram.

During the interaction, Premanand Maharaj advised them to view their professional work as a form of service to God. He encouraged them to remain sincere, humble, and devoted, and to stay connected to prayer as part of their spiritual journey.

"Apne karyakshetra ko bhagwan ka seva smajhiye. Gambhir bhav se rahiye. Vinamra rahiye. Aur khub naam jap kijiye. (Treat your work as your service to God. Be seriour and humble. And pray to the Almigty)," Premanand Maharaj told the couple.

Virat Kohli Set for India Return in ODI Series Against New Zealand

On the cricketing side of things, Virat is set to return to action in the upcoming three-match ODI series against New Zealand, which begins on January 11 in Vadodara. He will head into the series in excellent form after a standout performance against South Africa in the 50-over format.

Kohli scored 302 runs with an average of 151 across three innings in that series, with scores of 135, 102, and an unbeaten 65. His performances earned him the Player of the Series award and lifted him to second place in the ICC ODI batting rankings, just behind Rohit Sharma.

With both Kohli and Rohit currently active in limited international formats, each series carries added importance as they look ahead to the 2027 World Cup. Meanwhile, India are in the middle of a home T20I series against South Africa, taking a 2-1 lead after three matches.
