India captain Rohit Sharma, along with Ravindra Jadeja, were unhappy with fast bowler Mohammed Siraj for his poor effort on the field. Things are turning in favor of the hosts in the ongoing first Test against the Bangladesh National Cricket Team at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Ravindra Jadeja has been posing a great threat to the Bangladesh batters with the ball in the ongoing second innings of the match. The left-arm spinner bowled tough lines and lengths which made life difficult for the opposition team, especially with rough at the pitch.

Ravindra Jadeja was all over Mushfiqur Rahim as well and it's fair to say that the all-rounder deserved the wicket of the Bangladesh batter. He even provided a chance but the poor effort in the field by the pacer Mohammed Siraj denied him the wicket.

Ravindra Jadeja bowled a fullish in-drifter, to which Mushfiqur Rahim got down on one leg to sweep and got a top edge. Mohammed Siraj ran in from deep backward square leg and dived forward but the ball fell just short of him before eluding him and went for the boundary.

Skipper Rohit Sharma wasn't happy with the effort of Mohammed Siraj on the field as he gave a dejected reaction. Bowler Ravindra Jadeja also looked disappointed as he expected the fast bowler to do better on the field.

Thankfully for Mohammed Siraj, the dropped catch didn't cost much as soon after that, Ravichandran Ashwin went on to remove Mushfiqur Rahim. It was a terrific effort from KL Rahul, who produced a brilliant catch to send the batter packing for a low score.

Mushfiqur Rahim came down the track against Ravichandran Ashwin and attempted the dive but he couldn't keep it down. KL Rahul, who was at mid-on, dived forward and took it with the fingers under the ball to give the off-spinner his third wicket of the day.

Mushfiqur Rahim couldn't contribute much with the bat as he scored just 13 runs off 11 balls. With his wicket, Bangladesh National Cricket Team lost their fourth wicket for just 146 runs. They are under immense pressure, and it would require a humongous effort from someone to win the game.

Skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto has been battling hard for the team. The Southpaw has slammed a brilliant half-century and is keeping his team in the hunt. He slammed his first fifty in the 10 innings and was batting at 51 off 60 balls at stumps on Day 3.

Ravichandran Ashwin has been the pick of the bowlers for India in the second innings. He has taken three wickets and would be keen to add more to his tally. Bangladesh, in the second innings, were at 148 for four and still 357 runs away from the win before bad light forced umpires to call the day.
