"What’s the difference between..." - Naveen-ul-Haq engages in fun banter with LSG teammate Nicholas Pooran on Instagram

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) pacer Naveen-ul-Haq made sure that he pulled the legs of his IPL teammate Nicholas Pooran on social media. This comes after the West Indies batter posted five similar kinds of pictures on his Instagram account on Wednesday (14th July).

Naveen-ul-Haq and Nicholas Pooran share a great camaraderie between them. The duo have been two of the key factors behind the success of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). For the last two years, they have been playing together and often have been seen together.

Not only on the field but Nicholas Pooran and Naveen-ul-Haq also have been sharing great bonds off the field. They often are seen commentating on each other's posts on social media as they leave no stone unturned in pulling the leg of each other and giving their fans something to cherish and enjoy.

On Wednesday (24th July), something similar happened. Nicholas Pooran posted pictures of himself, standing in some stadium's stand. The wicketkeeper-batter posted five pictures in almost the same pose, wearing a black outfit and the same backdrop. He shared the picture with the caption: “Prioritize your peace”

What caught the attention of many was the comment of Naveen-ul-Haq on the Instagram post. He made sure that he teased Nicholas Pooran. He, in a hilarious manner, asked him about the same kind of pictures that he posted.

He commented: "Bro, can you tell me what’s the difference between all the pics you could’ve posted one.” To this Nicholas Pooran replied, "made a mistake champ."

Naveen-ul-Haq and Nicholas Pooran had a decent campaign for Lucknow Super Giants in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. The fast bowler picked 14 wickets in 10 matches at an economy rate of 10.19. Overall in the 18 games, he has taken 25 wickets in the league

On the other hand, Nicholas Pooran was amongst the best batter in the IPL 2024. The keeper-batter scored 499 runs in 14 games at a strike rate of 178.21 with the help of three half-centuries. The left-hander overall in 76 games mustered 1769 runs.

Nicholas Pooran is currently playing in the Major League Cricket for the Mumbai Indians New York. On the other hand, Naveen-ul-Haq is representing the Texas Super Kings in the same tournament.

Mumbai Indians Emirates retain Nicholas Pooran for next edition of the ILT20

Nichols Pooran, who is also part of the Mumbai Indians Emirates, has been retained by the franchise for the next edition of the ILT20. He was the leader of the team in the last edition of the tournament and guided them to the title win as his team beat Dubai Capitals in the final. He led from the front in the ILT20 as he mustered 354 runs in 10 innings, comprising two half-centuries.
