ZIM vs IRE Live Streaming In India Channel, 1st T20I – When and Where To Watch Zimbabwe vs Ireland Live In India? 2023

Zimbabwe takes on Ireland in a three-match T20I followed by a three-match ODI series between December 7-17. All the matches will be played in Harare. The first ZIM vs IRE T20I will be played on December 7.

Ireland will be led by their new T20I skipper Paul Stirling while Zimbabwe will be led by Sikandar Raza. The Zimbabweans recently failed to qualify for the T20 World Cup 2024 as they were beaten by Uganda in the Africa Region Qualifier. Meanwhile, Uganda joined Namibia in qualifying for the 2024 men’s T20 World Cup after they beat Rwanda in the last round of matches in the Africa leg of the qualifiers.

The side has had it tough in recent qualifiers. They failed to qualify for the T20 World Cup 2022, the 2023 ODI World Cup, and now the T20 World Cup 2024. The Zimbabwean side sees the return of Craig Ervine who had been sidelined after playing the first game in the Africa Qualifier, due to a groin injury. Sean Williams, Richard Ngarava, Blessing Muzarabani, and Ryan Burl are the other senior players in the side.

Ireland will be led by Paul Stirling. He is amongst the top run-getters in T20I cricket. He recently took over as the white-ball captaincy from Andrew Balbirnie. The Irish have ensured qualification for the next year’s T20 World Cup in the USA and the Caribbean which will be a 20-team event. Hence this series will be an ideal preparation for the same.

In 11 T20I matches between the two sides, Ireland have won six games while Zimbabwe five. Playing at home with all the senior players available, the African nation should challenge the Irish.
