Aakash Chopra reveals feeling emotional, seeing MS Dhoni entirely exhausted for the first time. The 42-year old underlined that was not only Dhoni bending down but also the scorching conditions in Dubai made his throat dry.

I am a little emotional because I saw MS Dhoni so tired for the first time, tired meaning physically absolutely totally drained. He was bending down, not able to breathe properly, his throat was dry, that can happen in the heat of Dubai,” Aakash Chopra told in his Youtube Channel.

The cricketer-turned-commentator understood that scoring that many runs was an uphill task; however, the presence of Dhoni gave a glimmer of hope. He added that the keeper-batsman’s never-say-die attitude taught a lesson; however, was not successful in taking his side over the line.

CSK required a lot of runs and I felt that it was not possible, but somewhere in the corner of the heart there was a voice which said that MS Dhoni is there and he will do it. Just the romanticism probably, MS Dhoni’s story teaches us to never give up. But unfortunately CSK lost,” the former Indian cricketer added.
