Bonnie Paine Invites Rishabh Pant To Babysit Her Kids

The exciting Border-Gavaskar has been done and dusted with Indian National Cricket team winning their first-ever series in Australia as they beat the hosts 2-1 in the four-match series. However, the banter doesn’t seem to end as the wife of Aussies skipper Tim Paine; Bonnie Paine has reignited the infamous babysitting banter. She has now invited Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant to babysit her kids once again.

Meanwhile, the incident took place during the Boxing Day Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Tim Paine tried to get under the skins of Indian wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant on day three of the third Test. Later on, this became the heart of a hardly-fought series at a time when there is a lot of debate on on-field banters.

“Tell you what big MS is back in the one-day squad. Should get this bloke down to Hurricanes. They need a batter,” Paine said to Aaron Finch before turning to Pant.

“Fancy that you extend Aussie holiday, beautiful town Hobart too… get him a waterfront apartment. Have him over for dinner. Do you babysit? I can take my wife to the movies while you watch the kids,” he then said to Pant.

However, Rishabh Pant is not someone to hold back as he gave it back to his counterpart on the very next day when he came out to bat while chasing a mammoth target of 399 runs.

 “We have got a special guest here. Have you heard the word temporary captain ever? You [Jadeja] don’t need anything to get him out. Come on lads. He loves to talk, that’s the only thing he can do. Only talking, talking,” Pant said.

On New Year’s day, the whole cricketing fraternity went into a frenzy as Rishabh Pant met Paine’s family to ”babysit” the kids. Tim’s wife, Bonnie Paine took to Instagram and posted a pic of herself with Pant and her kids with the caption Best Babysitter.

However, while it seemed as if this banter might have come to an end, Bonnie Paine was at it yet again. She posted another Instagram story where she was holding her baby. She also tagged Rishabh Pant in the story and asked him if he was free for a babysitting gig.

‘Trying to unpack with a needy baby,” she wrote adding, “Wondering if @rishabhpant is free for a babysitting gig today.”
