Danielle Wyatt Excited to Return to India for the Twenty20 Exhibition Match

Star England batswoman, Danielle Wyatt has expressed her excitement to be a part of the Women’s Indian Premier League (IPL) style Twenyy20 Exhibition match.

Meanwhile, Board of Control for Cricket in India have announced a Women’s T20 Challenge Match at the Wankhede Stadium on 22 May. Moreover, the game will take place ahead of VIVO IPL 2018 Qualifier 1st.

India internationals Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the two teams. The teams will also have leading stars from Australia, New Zealand and England such as Ellyse Perry, Suzie Bates, and Wyatt.

The National Selection Committee will select the 20 Indian players and the game is set to be telecast live.

India Women

Women’s cricket, however, reached a new height since India reached the finals of the World Cup last year in the United Kingdom (UK). Moreover, BCCI is working on that to develop women’s cricket in India.

Wyatt excited to visit Indian again:

The 27-year-old Wyatt, who was in India recently with the England team is happy to visit again.

Further, she had a great time in India registering her highest score in the T20Is.

Danielle Wyatt, meanwhile, shot to fame among Indian fans after she proposed Virat Kohli to marry her on social media.

On the other side, the Indian skipper gifted her bat which she unleashed during the recent tour to India.

England didn’t have a good time as they lost the T20 final to Australia and the ODI series against India.
