India skipper Virat Kohli has said he is shocked with what happened in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday.

India was rocked by a gruesome heinous terrorist attack on Thursday.  In one of the deadliest terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir’s three decades of militancy, a suicide bomber from the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terror group rammed an explosives-laden vehicle into a CRPF bus in Pulwama district, killing at least 39 personnel and leaving many critically wounded.

The bus was on the Srinagar-Jammu highway in Lethpora town, about 30 km from Srinagar when the attack took place. The entire nation is in a state of shock as well as furious following the gruesome attack. The whole of India is condemning the attack and paying tribute to the fallen brave souls. The cricketing fratnerity has also come forward to pay tribute to the martyrs.

Players, past and present, have flocked the social media to express their grief over the inhumane incident. And India skipper Virat Kohli has also done his bit. The 30-year old took to Twitter to express his shock over the attack before paying his condolences to the soldiers.

“I’m shocked after hearing about the attack in Pulwama, heartfelt condolences to the martyred soldiers & prayers for the speedy recovery of the injured jawaans,” wrote Virat Kohli.
