Kolkata Knight Riders will travel to the home ground of the Royal Challengers Bangalore for the 29th match of the IPL 2018. Dinesh Karthik led team has veered off the track as they have lost their previous two matches. Thus, Kolkata will like to get back on the winning way.

The Kolkata franchise has won three matches out of the seven to find themselves in the middle of the points table. On the other hand, they will take on RCB who are facing their problems with the bowling unit. Thus, the visitors will look to exploit their opponent’s weakness.

The tourists were trounced in their last match by Delhi Daredevils by a mammoth margin of 55 runs. Such big defeats can have an impact on the morale of the team. Hence, Dinesh Karthik should make sure that the shoulders are not dropping in the dressing room

Here is a look at the Predicted Playing XI of the Kolkata Knight Riders:

Sunil Narine has had great success while playing against RCB. It would be interesting to note whether the Windies all-rounder will continue his love affair with the Bangalore team.

Chris Lynn

Chris Lynn has looked out of sorts in this season. He has a bleak shoulder and that is always playing at the back of his mind. The combative Aussie batsman hasn’t looked at his 100%.

Robin Uthappa

Robin Uthappa has got off to starts in most of the matches. But the stylish right-hander hasn’t able to make the most of his good starts.

Nitish Rana

Nitish Rana hasn’t able to carry on his fine form in the last couple of matches. Thus, the southpaw would like to get back to his scoring ways.

Dinesh Karthik

Dinesh Karthik has led KKR from the front. The wicketkeeper-batsman has also provided finishing touches to his team. Furthermore, Karthik has done a good job behind the stumps.

Shubman Gill

Shubman Gill had a good last match when he scored a fine 37 off just 29 balls. The Under-19 sensation was looking to hit the ball straight which was impressive.

Andre Russell

KKR would look to get back to winning ways.

Andre Russell threatened to take the game deep in the last match. The Windies combative batsman is doing a fine job while batting lower down the order. Moreover, Russell is also contributing with the ball.

Vinay Kumar

Vinay Kumar should be roped in the final XI in place of Shivam Mavi who was expensive in the last match. Kumar was dropped after he took a beating against Chennai Super Kings.

Tom Curran

Tom Curran should replace Mitchell Johnson who was costly in the previous match. The England fast bowler has impressed in his previous outings.

Piyush Chawla

Piyush Chawla has had a mixed season thus far. The veteran leg-spinner has scalped six wickets in the seven matches he has played.

Kuldeep Yadav

Kuldeep Yadav is having a see-saw edition like Piyush Chawla. The mystery chinaman had gone wicketless in the last match. Yadav has taken six wickets so far.
