Of late, rising star Sam Curran has been the most happening name in the International cricket. He has been sensational for his side contributing in all sections of the game. Meanwhile, he grabbed the eyeballs of certain franchises to get the essence of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2019) for the first time in his cricketing career. For the same, fans want Royal Challengers Bangalore to avail his services for the twelfth edition of the professional domestic league.

Sam has drawn a lot of interest among the IPL franchises with his outstanding performances at the highest level over the past couple of months. Similarly, he has all the ingredients to become a great all-rounder for any side in any given format.

Curran has enjoyed a sensational debut year in International cricket, starring as Player of the Series during England’s 4-1 Test series win over India during the home summer. And also, he impressed one and all in the 3-0 whitewash over Sri Lanka. So, this is his first time to enter into the IPL Auction.

In addition to, he has even drawn appreciation from Kohli and also reports surfaced that RCB would be interested in buying him. Moreover, Virat Kohli was all praise for Sam for taking the game away from them during the Test series.

“They have guys who are fearless down the order, they back their skills, they were braver in tough situations than us, they were more confident about what they wanted to do in tough situations, and that’s why they won this Test match,” Kohli had said after the Test series in England.

“Those contributions lower down the order have been significant as far as this Test goes and the one Birmingham as well. I would like to congratulate Sam Curran. He has been a nice find for England,” he had added further.

Well, it would be interesting to see how things would pan out for the youngster. And most probably, one can see a lot of franchises fighting for him during the auction.
