New Zealand Vs India 2020: 5th T20I, Mount Maunganui – India’s Predicted Playing XI; What a thrilling week it was? The Indian National Cricket Team and New Zealand involved in back-to-back thrillers to take the games to super over. As always, New Zealand’s hate relationship with Super Over continued while India showed their dominance in the middle.

They have given chance to three players to show their class in the middle but unfortunately, two of them failed to make things happen. Will the team management give them another go? And, how about Rishabh Pant and Kuldeep Yadav? Well, ahead of the 5th game, we predicted playing XI of India.

India’s Predicted Playing XI:

1. KL Rahul:

The flamboyant batsman is carrying his golden touch with the bat and would like to finish the series on high. He got the chance to bag the Man of the Series award if he can finish it for India on a positive note.

Besides his batting, KL Rahul will also be in the focus for his wicket-keeping skills.

The youngster got his chance on the other day but unfortunately, couldn’t make the most of the opportunity.

Most likely, he would get one more chance to display his skills for India at the top order. This would be a test for him, as his future somewhat depends on Sunday’s performance.

3. Virat Kohli:

The skipper hasn’t had a ‘too good’ series as a batsman. He is yet to stamp his authority with the bat but showed his maturity as a skipper of the team.

Virat Kohli will be the cynosure of the eyes in the final game as well especially, with India having a chance to whitewash the opposition.

4. Shreyas Iyer:

5. Manish Pandey:

After the performance in Wellington, Manish Pandey might get the promotion in the batting order. He is in exceptional form and be a lucky charm for India in the last 18 games he played for India.

Manish Pandey wants to end the series with a nice display of cricketing skills.

6. Shivam Dube:

The off-spinner had an off day in Wellington. He failed with both bat and ball on the other day.

However, he might get the backing from the Indian skipper and the management for the final game of the series.
