Ravichandran Ashwin rarely disappoints with his performances on Twitter. The ace off-spinner is one of the most popular cricketers on the social media platform and the reason behind it is his witty and humorous tweets. From engaging with fans, to giving straight forward views on any matter to shutting down trolls, Ravichandran Ashwin is super active on Twitter.
And he was at it again on Friday when he reacted hilariously to a silly gaffe from a news outlet on Twitter. While sharing a news piece about his state teammate Murugan Ashwin, the news outlet mistakenly tagged Ravichandran Ashwin. The Delhi Capitals star noticed the gaffe and was quick to react to it.

The news was about Kings XI Punjab spinner Murugan Ashwin praising his teammate Chris Gayle after the latter’s fine match-winning fifty against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Thursday. Following Ashwin’s tweet, the news outlet was quick to delete its tweet.
“Yes !! @AshwinMurugan8 and I live in the same city, in fact we play for the same club too, but asking us to share the same twitter handle would be kind of difficult to manage,” wrote Ravichandran Ashwin.
