Giving yet another account of his brilliant sense of humour, India opener Rohit Sharma posted a brilliant tweet to take a hilarious dig at his teammate Kedar Jadhav. Posting a picture of himself along with Jadhav, Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal, Rohit expressed his doubts over whether even Jadhav ‘knows what he bowls’.

Well, one cannot disagree with Rohit’s comment regarding Jadhav’s bowling action.  Jadhav’s side-arm action is a bit unusual and the part-time spinner’s action was even more unusual in the fourth One-Day International against Australia on Thursday (September 28). With the front-line bowlers struggling to break the partnership between David Warner and Aaron Finch, Virat Kohli handed the ball to Jadhav who has developed a knack of picking up crucial breakthroughs. Jadhav caught the Aussie openers off-guard with his side-arm action as he broke the mammoth 231-run partnership by dismissing Warner for 124.

But wicket apart, Jadhav was the subject of discussion on social media for his unusual bowling action and Rohit Sharma also ended up trolling the Maharashtra star.

“In the company of two wrist spinners @yuzi_chahal, @imkuldeep18 and @JadhavKedar, I’m not sure even he knows what he bowls ?,” tweeted Rohit.

Last year, Jadhav had opened up on his bowling action and why the batsmen have found it tough to deal with his off-spins.

“I guess my action and the height at which I bowl makes it difficult for the batsman. I also change my pace. We don’t have an off-spinner in the side (Maharashtra). So, whenever there is a left-hander batting, I am the one who takes the responsibility. I want to be good in everything and I am getting better,” he had said last year during the ODI series against New Zealand.
