India’s veteran left-handed batsman Suresh Raina has praised former Indian captain, MS Dhoni. Dhoni has been one of India’s most successful captains and has been a leader in world cricket. He is the only captain in world cricket to have won all the major ICC tournaments as a captain. Dhoni has been a leader on the field with his strategical mastermind.

It was under his captaincy that India lifted the maiden ICC T20 World Cup. In 2011, India lifted the World Cup after 28 years under his leadership.

Dhoni has had prolific numbers for team India in international cricket. He has been the most successful wicketkeeper-batsman India has had and is arguably the best Indian captain in international cricket.

The Ranchi veteran has earned a lot of fans from his antics on the pitch and has been the captain behind the curtains for Team India even after stepping down from captaincy.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli has also mentioned that Dhoni will forever be his captain. Dhoni has also been one of the most successful captains in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and has three trophies in his bag.

Raina and Dhoni form a wonderful partnership on and off the pitch and it will be a dream come true for cricket fans when both of them play together for the last time in this year’s IPL.
