Left-handed batsman Travis Head will captain the 13-man squad that has the likes of Joe Burns, James Pattinson, Will Pucovski, Marcus Harris, and Cameron Green amongst other players. Tim Paine will likely keep the wickets in the match, slated to take place in Sydney from Sunday.

The practice game between Australia A vs India will also be clashing the with the second T20 international between India and Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground. India, who won the first in Canberra, will look to seal the series to get the much-needed confidence ahead of the Test series and after losing the ODIs leg. With the Test series quite crucial, some of their regular players could feature in the practice match, forcing them to miss the T20Is.
