Warner looked at his absolute best in the third ODI against the Three Lions and smashed a terrific century, which came after the long wait of 1040 days in international cricket.

The 36-year-old completed his half-century off 53 balls and reached the century milestone off 97 deliveries. He also had an outstanding 269-run partnership in 230 balls with Travis Head, who also smashed a remarkable century.

Pacer Olly Stone broke the partnership by dismissing both Warner and Head in the 39th over of the innings. He cleaned up Warner on the first ball and Head on the fourth ball.
