World XI skipper Shahid Afridi went on to mock Rashid Khan after the latter dropped a simple catch at the long-leg boundary. It is known that Rashid Khan is a fine fielder. But he was not up to the mark on Thursday (May 31) night.

Afghanistan talisman leg-spinner Rashid was unable to spot the ball in the light as he gave an expression of the same.

However, former Pakistan captain Afridi found it a perfect opportunity ??? to make fun of the Afghan spinner as he repeated Rashid???s gestures.

Meanwhile, Rashid, who had a fine IPL for the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) didn???t have the best of matches for the World XI side.

Denesh Ramdin and Marlon Samuels chipped in with 44* and 43 runs respectively.

On the other hand, World XI had their backs against the wall as they were tottering at eight for four. Thisara Perera somewhat played a decent cameo for the World XI as he scored a quickfire 61 off just 37 balls.
