The World Cricket is all set to witness a high-voltage clash on 10th November (Thursday) in the form of India vs England. Indian Cricket Team is on a roll at the moment after winning 4 matches out of 5 in the group stage. The team has peaked at the perfect time and now is looking all set to end the 15-year drought.

England’s middle order hasn’t fired which would be a huge concern. Skipper Jos Buttler would be bothered as now there is uncertainty over Dawid Malan’s availability which leaves a massive hole in their batting lineup. There are chances that Phil Salt may replace him but he hasn’t played a single match in the tournament which would be quite risky.

Nasser Hussain made an interesting statement on the Indian Cricket Team as he wrote in his column for the Daily Mail. “India play more Twenty20 cricket than any other side because of the IPL and are tremendously talented and experienced at this form of the game. They pose a huge threat to England in what will be a highly-anticipated semi-final here in Adelaide on Thursday.” said Nasser Hussain.

“However, there is no doubt that they are under more pressure than any other side in the game. They can go from hero to zero so quickly because of the fanatical support for them.” he added.

Great Chance for India

The Men in Blue would be aware that England’s batting lineup is  a bit fragile. All eyes would be on Arshdeep Singh as the pacer has been the strike bowler for the team. He has taken 10 wickets in 5 matches and has shown good control over line and length and has been a go-to bowler for Rohit Sharma.

Head Coach Rahul Dravid would be aware that England would be well prepared and would throw a surprise. There are chances that England may promote Moeen Ali up the order as he can provide stability to the team. It would be interesting to see how the teams fare as both won’t give any freebies.
