Mithali Raj and co. are set to lock horns with Bangladesh on March 22 at the Seddon Park and against South Africa on March 27 at the Hagley Oval. India have to register two back-to-back wins in the remaining games, that too by a huge margin to make their case strong for the semi-finals qualification scenario.

India have to make sure that they win by big margins and have a better net run rate than New Zealand, England, and Bangladesh, because the net run rate will come into play for the semi-finals qualification scenario as India, Bangladesh, New Zealand and England, can reach the maximum number of eight points.

Currently, India and New Zealand are at 4th and 5th position in the standings with the same number of wins in 5 games while England and Bangladesh are at 6th and 7th spot with one win each from 4 games.

Meanwhile, England will have a chance to go past India in the standings if they beat New Zealand on Sunday. However, if they lose, they will get knocked out of the tournament.

Also, Australia have already qualified by winning 5 back-to-back games. South Africa are second in the points table with 4 wins from 4 games and West Indies are at 3rd spot with 3 wins from 5 games.
