ICC World Test Championship 2021-23 Points Table After Australia vs England 4th Test

Pat Cummins-led Australia National Cricket Team have slipped down to the No.2 spot in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) points table after the 4th Test of the ongoing Ashes series ended in a draw.
Meanwhile, Joe Root-led England National Cricket Team have successfully managed to avoid the whitewash after the draw. Previously England have performed terribly and lost the 5-match Ashes series by losing the first three games.
England lost the first match by 9 wickets at the Gabba, the second game by 275 runs at the Adelaide Oval and the third game by an innings and 14 runs at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Currently, England are trailing by 0-3 in the 5-match Test series.

Talking about the SCG Test, Australia won the toss and opted to bat first and the batters performed sensationally well, from the top order to the tailenders everyone contributes good runs. However, the star performer was Usman Khawaja who smashed a century in the first innings.
Meanwhile, England in their first innings got bowled out for 294 runs as the openers failed to contribute big runs and Joe Root got out on duck. However, Jonny Bairstow scored a sensational century and Ben Stokes also scores good 66 runs.
Australia, in their second innings once again looked brilliant and Usman Khawaja yet again scored a century and Cameron Green scored good 74 runs to help Australia post the target of 388 runs.

Chasing the humongous target Zak Crawley scored good 77 runs and Jonny Bairstow and Ben Stokes also contributed good runs. However, after they got out it was up to lower-order batters to survive against Aussie pace battery. Australia came very close to winning as they were able to reduce England at 270/9. However, in the end, the match ended in a draw.
