Tamim Iqbal Ruled out Of India ODIs

Bangladesh Skipper Tamim Iqbal cannot take part in the ODI Series due to a groin injury. The Chief Selector also said that the new captain and replacement would be named in due course of the time. Earlier Bangladesh had received a set back as Taskin was out of the 1st ODI. Shoriful Islam has been named the replacement of Taskin.

Massive Blow for Bangladesh

Tamim Iqbal is someone who could stick to the crease and let others bat around him. Bangladesh would be dejected as finding a replacement for Tamim is quite difficult that too on in 11th hour. In the absence of Tamim, Shakib looks the most likely candidate to captain the side and at the same time he will have to bat more responsibly.

The Men in Blue would be somewhat happy as all of a sudden, the batting line up of Bangladesh looks a bit fragile. It won’t be wrong to say that India now has an upper hand going into the series. The Men in Blue at the same time would be aware that Bangladesh has a knack of finding match-winners on the given day.
