ENG vs IND: I Think As A Player, You Take The Omission Very Hard - Ishant Sharma On Youngsters Making Way For Seniors

Indian fast bowler Ishant Sharma reckoned that the likes of Deepak Hooda and Arshdeep Singh will feel hard done by when the seniors return and they might end up giving up their spots on the team.
The members of the Test team will be available from the second T20I onwards. Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah, and Rishabh Pant may be expected to be in the playing XI considering they need T20I practice as well.
“What I liked about Bhuvneshwar’s first oover was that he bowled all outswingers to Jason Roy, so Buttler came in expecting the same. Generally, you have to adjust the line and length while swinging the ball, Bhuvneshwar Kumar did that perfectly,” Ishant said on Jatin Sapru’s YouTube channel.
“When Jasprit Bumrah comes in the squad, there is not much you can do. I think as a player, you take the omission very hard,” he said.
“I think it will be hard on Deepak Hooda” – Ishant Sharma
Hooda has been in excellent form in recent times, even smashing a century during the 2-match T20I series against Ireland last month. However, he may have to give up his No. 3 spot to Kohli, who is returning to the setup on Saturday.

“I think it will be hard on Deepak Hooda, because Virat Kohli will come in at No.3. It is something that no matter how much you try to tell yourself, the truth is that if Kohli is available, he will play,” he also mentioned.
