IND vs SA- Match Preview, India’s Tour Of South Africa 2021, 2nd Test. India and South Africa will face each other in the 2nd Test of the ongoing Test series. IND vs SA 2nd Test is scheduled to take place at The Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg and commences on January 3. India currently leads the 3-match Test series 1-0.

India defeated South Africa in the 1st Test by 113 runs. Opting to bat first, India posted 327-10 in the 1st innings, benefiting from a 123-run knock by KL Rahul. After reaching 272-3 on the first day, India suffered a batting collapse that resulted in India reaching only 327.

In response, South Africa were all out for 197 after facing a top-order collapse in 1st innings. Mohammed Shami with 5 wicket-haul gave a big blow to Proteas batting. After the end of 1st innings, India had a big lead of 130 runs.

India were bowled out for a low total of 174 in the 2nd innings. However, with the prior lead, India managed to set up a big target of 305 for the hosts. South Africa skipper Dean Elgar played a good knock of 77 in the 2nd innings, but the team succumbed against India’s pace attack. Getting all-out for 191, the home team lost the match by 113 runs in the end.
