The first Test between South Africa and India set to be played at the SuperSport Park in Centurion may see empty stands as spectators are unlikely to be allowed according to reports.

The emergence of a new covid-19 variant called the Omicron has set fear in the minds of the host board. As a result, they haven’t started selling the tickets for the first Test. Very few delegates and suite holders will be allowed to enter the stadium.
