India vs Bangladesh Schedule

Bangladesh is all set to tour India for a Test and T20I series. While Bangladesh has faced India in many Test series in the past, this is just the second time both sides will face each other in a bilateral T20I series.

The IND vs BAN Test series is part of the ICC World Test Championship 2023-25. With their last victory against England 4-1, India has gained the top spot in the points table. A victory in the India vs Bangladesh Test series will boost their confidence and win percentage.

However, Bangladesh will not be a regular side to beat this time. The Asian nation recently surprised the cricket fraternity by winning the Test series in Pakistan. Led by Najmul Hossain Shanto, the Bangladesh team clean-swept the series by winning both games convincingly.

Team India has a strong squad

Therefore, India has formed a strong squad under Rohit Sharma to eliminate all risks in the IND vs BAN Test series. In the last series in 2022, India was on the verge of losing one game but Shreyas Iyer and Ravichandran Ashwin saved the series.

This time, Rohit Sharma & coach Gautam Gambhir have united all the prominent members of the Test side and the hosts are ready with giants in all departments. The trio of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, and Mohammed Siraj are all set to lead the pace attack.

Even in the batting zone, all the blue boxes are ticked with the addition of Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, and Rishabh Pant.

Even the spin duo of Ravindra Jadeja-Ravichandran Ashwin and Kuldeep Yadav are all set to dominate Bangladesh in their home Bangladesh to be led by Najmul Shanto

Bangladesh is yet to reveal their squad against India for the India vs Bangladesh series but looking at the way the team performed against Pakistan, many of the same faces are expected to tackle Team India as well.

The T20I series will also be a nail-biting clash as Bangladesh has leveled up their form in the shortest format too. They are quite a dominant team in Asia Cup tournaments now with a lot of youngsters toiling hard for the national team.
