GT vs SRH: Watch - Umran Malik Bags 5th Wicket As He Brings Down Abhinav Manohar's Stumps

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) pacer Umran Malik put on a one-man show at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, single-handedly destroying the batting lineup of the Gujarat Titans on Wednesday.

Chasing 196, GT got off to a flier courtesy of Wriddhiman Saha. The experienced veteran ran away to 41 off 20 balls while Shubman Gill at the other end was playing a run-a-ball knock.

Umran was brought into the attack and he provided the breakthrough, knocking over Gill. In his very next over, he removed Hardik Pandya with a steep bouncer. The speedster was then held back for the later overs and it turned out to be a brilliant move.

Umran came back in the 14th over to send back Saha with a stunning yorker before completing his five-wicket haul with the wickets of David Miller and Abhinav Manohar. Four out of five of his wickets were ones where he knocked the stumps down.

With the 5-wicket haul, he is now second in the list for the most wickets, only behind Yuzvendra Chahal. Umran’s figures of 5/25 is also the 3rd best for an uncapped player and the 2nd best for an SRH bowler.
