The southpaw finished as the highest run-getter for Delhi Capitals with 432 runs from 12 games including four fifty-plus scores. He scored those runs at a strike rate of 150. 52 and highlighted his importance to the side. He was back to where it all started for him in the IPL and he was back at scoring runs.

Kuldeep Yadav

Kuldeep found his mojo at Delhi Capitals. He was the highest wicket-taker for them in IPL 2022 with 21 wickets. He also marked his most successful season in the UIPL. The wrist-spinner spoke very highly of how skipper Rishabh Pant helped him play for Delhi and do his best. Courtesy of his performance, he got a recall into the Indian side announced for the T20I series against South Africa.

Rovman Powell

Delhi finally found a finisher in Rovman Powell. He made an impact in his very first season for Delhi Capitals hitting 22 sixes this season. His knock against off 36 off 15 balls remains his most impactful innings for the side. He almost took his side home in what was one of the debatable matches this season. Powell needs to be given more games in the next season and he can definitely be one of the key players for them down the line.
