“I’m Getting Used To Play With Rohit”: Tim David
MI has till now played two games, in the first game, they had to set a target and in the 2nd they were chasing, but on both occasions, David failed to provide the finish expected of him.
In response to an exclusive query from Cricketaddictor on playing for MI and under Rohit Sharma, David said: “I have played only 2 games with Rohit, so I’m still getting used to playing with him. Getting used to playing with a lot of guys in the team. But we will find our feet as a team and start playing better as a team as the tournament goes on. It’s been good so far. The advice has been to just go out there and play best to help the team.”

On being asked what has Mahela Jayawardene told him about playing in the IPL, David said, “Again same, just about preparing to play in the Indian conditions. Learning that comes up in the IPL with different players, and how my skills can be best suited to play in games.”
On being asked how it is to play alongside Kieron Pollard, David said that Pollard has played for over a decade in the IPL so there is a lot of experience there and he would try to pick some important tips from him.
David also mentioned that he has learned something or the other from the two games that he has played in the tournament so far, but he also wants to contribute to the teams’ cause as soon as possible as he can’t take much time in a league like the IPL.
