DC vs RR- 3 RR Players Who Can Win The Man Of The Match Award, IPL 2021 Match 36
Sanju Samson:
The skipper Sanju Samson has done well so far when it comes to the captaincy but his batting wasn’t that great in the first game against Punjab Kings. He was dismissed for just 4 runs and he must look to make sure that he doesn’t throw away his wickets. Samson was among the top run-scorers in the first phase in India and he will have to get that form back.
Samson will be desperate to score some runs for his side as he has been under the radar for being very inconsistent. He lost his place in the Indian side as well and he will know that he needs to perform at the highest to get back in reckonings for the T20 Worldcup. He likes pace on the bat and the Royals do have a lot of pace bowlers in their tank which will suit Samson.
Liam Livingstone
Liam Livingstone showed just glimpses of his abilities in the first game against the Punjab where he scored a quickfire 25 off 17 balls coming in at four. Livingstone has been in the form of his life in the last few months for various teams and it was almost impossible for the Royals to leave him out from the playing XI.
Livingstone can hold the middle order together with some excellent ability to strike sixes at will and he will be the best bet at the moment to replace Ben Stokes. Livingstone can also bowl his leg spinners if needed but his batting abilities will surely be an added boost to the Royals in IPL 2021.
Kartik Tyagi:
Tyagi who came up through the ranks from the U-19 cricket has been one of the promising youngsters for a long time now. He would have gained an enormous amount of confidence through the spell against Punjab where he finished with figures of 2 wickets for 29 runs. He will be a player to watch out for against Delhi Capitals in IPL 2021.
