KKR vs DC: Match Preview – IPL 2021 Match 41. Kolkata Knight Riders will battle against Delhi Capitals in their next match of IPL 2021. The KKR vs DC clash will take place on September 28 at Sharjah Cricket Stadium. While KKR lost their previous game to Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals won their last encounter against Rajasthan Royals.

KKR take the 4th spot in IPL 2021 points table with 8 points. On the other hand, DC hold 2nd place in IPL 2021 points table with 16 points. In their last encounter, Delhi Capitals defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 7 wickets.

KKR batted first in the match. Opener Shubman Gill smashed 43 runs off 38 balls. In the end, Andre Russell smacked unbeaten 45 runs off just 27 balls. With his quickfire knock, KKR reached 154-6 in 20 overs. For DC, Axar Patel and Lalit Yadav picked 2 wickets each.

Later, DC gave an astonishing batting show. Openers Shikhar Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw smacked an opening stand of 132 runs in 13.5 overs. Shaw slammed 82 runs while Dhawan scored 46. With their rocking partnership at the start, DC reached the target in just 16.3 overs while losing 3 wickets.
