The captaincy of Rishabh Pant was also decent. He marshaled his troops well, but his inexperience showed in the last game against Mumbai Indians. Rishabh Pant is very young, and he will learn as he matures. The team management will surely retain him ahead of IPL 2023 auction.
Prithvi Shaw
In the IPL 2022, Prithvi Shaw hit 283 runs in ten games. He also batted with a strike rate of 152.87, scoring two fifties in the process. In addition, he and Australia’s David Warner developed an exciting opening duo.
