IPL 2023 Auction is expected to be a fascinating one. Last year, there was a mega auction as two new teams Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) & Gujarat Titans (GT) came into the competition. The 2022 edition was a remarkable one as there was even contest between bat and ball.
The likes of Kane Williamson and Dwayne Bravo were not retained by their franchises which were quite astonishing. It won’t be wrong to say that IPL is becoming a performance-oriented league. It would be interesting to see how the 2023 Auction pans out at Kochi on 23rd December.
