The special jersey by Rajasthan Royals depicts the cultural homage and modern design, intricately woven with elements that narrate the tales of Rajasthan’s regal state. The kit will also feature the distinctive bandhani pattern which is inspired by the traditional attire of Rajasthani women.
The special Rajasthan Royals jersey also has dots and vibrant colors that signify the joy and festivity of the team’s home state. Apart from being the symbol of traditional craftsmanship, the key also signifies a symbol of the joy and vibrancy that women bring into our lives.
The yellow color on the collar of the jersey relates to the sun, which is the true source of solar energy. The Rajasthan Royals jersey will be engraved with the names of women all over it. The names on the kit tell the story of women-led transformation in rural Rajasthan.
The jerseys also signify the patterns of the jali work found in Rajasthan’s historical architecture which gives knowledge of the state’s rich heritage. The colors hot pink and admiral blue have their significance. While pink symbolizes strong women and hospitality, admiral blue depicts royalty and poise.
The colors pink and blue, which are rooted in the identity of Jaipur, the ‘Pink City’, reflect the Rajasthan Royals’ commitment to raising awareness for cancer.
