Indian Cricket Team registered a thumping victory over New Zealand in the 2nd ODI. The Men in Blue chased down the target of 109 runs in 20.1 overs and sealed the ODI Series. It looked as if the hosts were on a mission where bowlers bowled immaculate lines & lengths.

New Zealand would be utterly disappointed with the way they batted as none of their players put up a fight. Once again, the Black Caps couldn’t make the most of the power-play overs as this time they lost 4 wickets and managed to score 15 runs which put massive pressure on the rest of the batters.

Ramiz Raja On India

Ramiz Raja was speaking on his YouTube channel and made some interesting remarks on Indian Cricket Team. “What India batters need to do, top order in particular, is the fact that their front-foot batting is looking weak. It’s easy to hit from the back foot, but once the ball is tossed up, you rely on defense, then there is some error. India’s resurgence in ODI and Test cricket is on the basis of bowling because their batting is historically strong,” said Ramiz Raja.

Great Chance for India

The Men in Blue would be pumped up after this performance where they were quite ruthless in all the 3 departments of the match. The billion people would be worried with the way Virat Kohli has fared in the first 2 ODIs where in both occasions he was dismissed by Mitchell Santner.

The Black Caps would be hoping that Ish Sodhi is back into the attack as the duo of him & Santner is quite lethal. The veteran pacer Doug Bracewell may get included in the playing 11 as Blair Tickner hasn’t looked that impressive in the series so far.
