The second Test between India and Sri Lanks starts from March 12 in Bengaluru. It’s a day-night Test match and former Indian batsman Aakash Chopra has already predicted the result of the Test match even before it started. Previously, India won the first Test by an innings and 222 runs with Ravindra Jadeja coming up with his career-best performance.
Ahead of the second Test, Aakash Chopra has spoken about various facets of the Test match. The 44-year-old in his preview spoke about the pitch and the batting conditions that will be on offer for the Pink-Ball Test.

“Win the toss and bat first. The grass on the pitch is just for show. It is said that the pink ball aids fast bowling. But when I read the pitch report, I realized that nothing like that is likely to happen. The first session will produce the most amount of runs as batting becomes difficult later as the ball moves under lights,” said Chopra.
He further said that the spinners from both teams will dominate the Test match and take more than 20 wickets together. Regarding the result, he said that India will win the game inside four days.
Spinners Will Take More Than 20 Wickets In The Game: Aakash Chopra

“Spinners from both teams will pick up more than 20 wickets. The Indian spinners alone will pick up 15-17 wickets and if they play three spinners, the count can reach 18 as well. I feel India will win the game within four days.”

India are placed fifth in the WTC points table with a total of 65 points and a percentage point of 54.16 percent. The Lankans are placed third with a better percentage point than India at 66.66 percent. Australia with 77.77 percentage points ate topping the table at 56 points followed by Pakistan (40) who are level with Sri Lanka at 66.66 percent points
