Sanju Samson Unavailable for 2nd T20I
Sanju Samson had attempted a diving catch in the 1st over of Sri Lanka’s batting where he couldn’t hold onto the catch. The wicket-keeper batter has a niggle on his knee and is in Mumbai for further scans. The batter has been in & out of the side where he hasn’t got a long rope and at the same time he isn’t a part of Sri Lanka ODI Series.

Conundrum for Management
Sanju Samson would be utterly disappointed with himself as while batting he got out cheaply. Many experts believe that his shot selection is not upto the mark. Skipper Hardik Pandya would be worried as Samson is someone who can clear the fence quite easily.
Rahul Tripathi could be well in the line for his T20I debut as it looks unlikely that India will include Washington Sundar and play with 3 spinners. The right handed batter has been amassing runs in the domestic as well as in the IPL circuit for quite some time now. He could be the lightning spark for the team in the middle order.
