Veteran England pacer Stuart Broad did a hilarious diving appeal during the Ashes 2021-22 finale against Australia at the Bellerive Oval, Hobart.

Australia and England are playing the 5th and last Test match of the marquee Ashes 2021-22 series, which Australia have already won by winning the first three games of the series back-to-back.

Joe Root-led England performed really poor across all the games and lost the first match by 9 wickets at the Gabba, the second game by 275 runs at the Adelaide Oval and the third game by an innings and 14 runs at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. England managed to avoid the 5-0 whitewash against Australia after the 4th Ashes Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground ended in a draw.

Meanwhile, During the 5th Test England won the toss and opted to bowl first. Stuart Broad came up to bowl the first over and the first ball struck Australia opener David Warner in the pads and during the follow-through, Broad tumbled over and slid down the pitch and still went for LBW appeal. However, the ball was too high for LBW and Warner survived.

Meanwhile, England pacers Stuart Broad and Ollie Robinson did a very good job in the match for the English team. Robinson dismissed opener, David Warner, on duck and Stuart Broad dismissed opener, Usman Khawaja, at the score of 6. Also, Steve Smith was dismissed by Robinson on duck and star batter Marnus Labuschagne was knocked over by Broad at the score of 44.

At the time of writing Travis Head is batting very well alongside all-rounder Cameron Green and Australia are at 117/4.
