Virat Kohl’s resurgence at the top of the order has just sparked the entire World Cricket. On the other hand, Pakistan Skipper Babar Azam has lost his mojo. The right-handed batter hasn’t been able to convert a start into big innings which have become a concern for the Pakistan batting lineup. There is a lot of debate on who is the best between Virat Kohli & Babar Azam as both players have similar traits.

The World Cricket would be upset as they weren’t able to see another contest between India & Pakistan. Indian Cricket Team had an unexpected Super 4 stage where they lost matches against Pakistan & Sri Lanka. Pakistan on the other hand had a nervy Super 4 stage where Afghanistan had almost given them a heart attack.

Pakistan Head Coach Saqlain Mushtaq was seen having an interaction with Sportskeeda Cricket. He was asked who is better between Virat Kohli & Babar Azam. “Definitely Babar kahunga… but Virat mere dil ke bohot karib hai (I will definitely pick Babar, but Virat is close to my heart),” said Mushtaq.

Virat Kohli back to his Best

Indian Cricket Team would be thrilled as they found their Dynamic Virat Kohli. The right-handed batter has shown immense control and now he knows when to accelerate and play smart cricket. In T20I Cricket, we often forget that we need a batter who can hold the innings till the end. Virat has rediscovered himself and is looking more threatening than ever. The right-handed batter knows how to construct an innings which is priceless in T20I Cricket.

The former Skipper knows that his job is not done yet as India’s main goal is to win ICC T20 World Cup 2022. Indian Cricket Team hasn’t won T20 World Cup since 2007 and it has been a drought of 15 years.

The Dashing Batter needs to continue the good work and hope that the other batters put up a better show. It would be interesting to see his performance in the upcoming series against Australia & South Africa where both of these teams won’t give an inch to Virat Kohli.
