Australia Tour of Sri Lanka 2022: Squad, Schedule, Venues, And Live Streaming Details

Australia will be touring Sri Lanka between June and July this year for three T20Is, five ODIs and two Test matches. The Lankan nation toured Australia earlier this year in February and lost a five-match T20I series. The T20I series gets underway with the first T20I in Colombo on June 7.

This is a great opportunity for Sri Lanka now to return the favour as they get set to host Australia in their backyard. The current T20 world champions are fifth in the ICC T20I rankings heading into the series. Sri Lanka is placed ninth in the rankings. 

It has been a while since an Australian side last visited Sri Lanka. As Sri Lanka continues to go through political turmoil, the series is expected to bring back smiles on the faces of the fans said, Aaron Finch.
