Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore in the first of the two games and lost the second one in the IPL 2022 season. Eventually, it was disappointing yer for both the teams who performed well below par. While SRH finished eighth on the points table, RCB failed to make it to the final after qualifying for the playoffs for the second time in two years.

Sunrisers Hyderabad bowled out Royal Challengers Bangalore for just 68 in the first of the two games they played against each other in the last IPL season. That game brought out a few heroes from the SRH side that RCB would want to buy in their team ahead of IPL 2023.

The South African pacer picked up three wickets in that game including the big wicket of Virat Kohli in the very first ball he faced. Jansen got the ball to move off the pitch and posed a lot of problems with his height for the RCB batsmen. The management should target him next year given that he can do a lot of damage with the ball to the opposition.

Rahul Tripathi

Tripathi scored 413 runs for SRH in IPL 2022. He has been one of the most consistent run-getters among the Indian batsmen in the last three seasons in the IPL. He plays with freedom ad has the T20 game within himself. That he can bat anywhere between one to four speaks volumes about his adaptability to the format. He recently received his maiden India call-up for the Ireland series but was not given a game. He can certainly be a good buy for RCB.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar

Royal Challengers Bangalore need a quality Indian pacer in their ranks. This is where Bhuvneshwar Kumar can be a huge plus for the side. He will bring his immense experience to the team and along with Harshal Patel can share the responsibilities and can deliver accordingly for the side. Bhuvi is among the highest wicket-takers in the IPL and a consistent performer for SRH over the years.
