Former India National Cricket Team player Harbhajan Singh has shared his prediction on the India vs Pakistan clash in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. He labeled the Mohammad Rizwan-led side as a weak team, saying that it would be a one-sided affair.

The blockbuster India vs Pakistan clash in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is less than a week away from now. The arch-rivals will be locking horns with each other at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Sunday (23rd February).

India will be entering into the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 on the back of a magnificent 3-0 win over England

India and Pakistan over the years have engaged in massive battles, and the game between the two teams has always been a big-ticket clash. This time too, it has been reported that tickets were sold out within minutes and at a very high price.

India will be entering into the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 on the back of a magnificent 3-0 win over England in the ODI series. Pakistan, on the other hand, lost the final of the tri-series against New Zealand, and there were a lot of flaws that emerged for them in the entire series.

India's team seems to be strong - Harbhajan Singh

Harbhajan Singh shared his prediction on the 'overhyped' India vs Pakistan clash. He said that the Rohit Sharma-led side is strong while the Mohammed Rizwan-led side is very inconsistent, highlighting that there are only Babar Azam and a skipper in the team. Speaking in a video posted on his YouTube channel, he said:

"India and Pakistan. You heard it right, this is an overhyped match between India and Pakistan. Because there is nothing in it. This match is on 23rd, in Dubai. India is a very strong team. Pakistan has lost to New Zealand recently. They were playing at home. Pakistan is a very inconsistent team. If you look at their statistics and look at the statistics of Indian batsmen, then your picture will be very clear.

"Although I understand that statistics are made from matches that have been played before. No one knows what will happen in the future. But as a prediction, I think that when I look at both the teams, there is a lot of difference. India's team seems to be strong. Pakistan's team seems to be a little weak. Because apart from Babar and Rizwan, there is no other batsman in that team. If you look at their team in bowling they are not in form." said Harbhajan Singh.

It's not going to be as much fun as you think - Harbhajan Singh

Harbhajan further added that India are far superior and while calling Pakistan weak, he said that it will be a one-sided game. He elaborated:

"Rizwan's captaincy is good. His intent is good. But maybe the players don't have it. Babar has not made runs. Rizwan has definitely made runs. Salman Agha has definitely made a century in the tri-series. But look at this. If you ask the ex-big players of their team, they also say that India is very ahead.

"So India is very far ahead. I think this will be a one-sided game in this over-hyped game. And the prices of tickets are very high. The prices have increased a lot. But it's not going to be as much fun as you think." Harbhajan Singh said.
