Pakistani speedster Shahnawaz Dahani posted an emotional message regarding the departure of bowling coach Shaun Tait After the conclusion of the ODI series between the Men in Green and New Zealand on Friday in Karachi.
Despite having a fairly active social media presence, Shahnawaz Dahani received a lot of backlash for his disrespectful caption on Saturday (January 14).

Shahnawaz Dahani, a Pakistani cricketer, sparked a lot of controversy on Twitter when he disparaged Shaun Tait, the team’s bowling coach. Next month, Tait’s contract will expire, and according to a report from Geo Super, he is not expected to keep his job.

After the completion of the ODI series between Pakistan and New Zealand in Karachi on Friday, Shahnawaz Dahani uploaded a sequence of photos of himself with Tait and captioned it, “A friend who brought smiles, left last night with tears. #ShaunTait”. Many Twitter users were caught aback when they saw the crying emoji alongside the broken-heart emoji, presuming Tait had dead.

Tait announced his retirement from international cricket in 2016, after playing his final T20 for Australia. He served as bowling coach for Afghanistan during the T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates last year before departing in December.
Glenn Phillips hit an unbeaten half-century as New Zealand defeated Pakistan by two wickets in the third and final one-day international in Karachi on Friday. New Zealand won their first ODI series in Pakistan in six attempts, keeping them atop the one-day rankings.
Notably, Pakistan suffered a two-wicket defeat in the third and final ODI against New Zealand in Karachi on Friday (January 13). As a result, the Men in Green conceded the 50-over series 2-1.
