Australia white-ball captain Aaron Finch, who has been struggling for runs in recent times, smashed an unbeaten 61 in Australia’s dominant win over Sri Lanka on Tuesday to once again enter Top-5 in the rankings for batters.

He overtook New Zealand’s Devon Conway to move to fifth place. Also, Finch’s opening partner David Warner, who smashed an unbeaten 70, jumped eight spots to claim 45th place.

Other than Australian players, Sri Lankan Pathum Nissanka rose to a career-high rating of 689 and seventh place in the rankings for batters and Sri Lankan Charith Asalanka jumped to 29th spot.

Meanwhile, the latest ICC Men’s ODI Rankings didn’t see any major change. Afghanistan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi’s good performance against Zimbabwe helped him rise eight spots to 11th in the bowling rankings. Also, leg-spinner Rashid Khan is at the 10th in the bowling rankings and he has also jumped one place to third on the list of T20I all-rounders.
