Indian Left-arm wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav has shared a clip of himself training at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) after undergoing successful knee surgery.
Kuldeep Yadav who was part of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 suffered a severe knee injury during one of the practice sessions and he was ruled out of the entire Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 UAE leg and was sent back to India.
Meanwhile, After undergoing successful surgery Kuldeep Yadav posted a message on his official Instagram handle. He wrote:
“Surgery was a success and the road to recovery has just begun. Thank you so much to everyone for your amazing support. The focus is now to complete my rehab well and be back on the pitch doing what I love as soon as possible.”

Meanwhile, the 26-year-old Kuldeep Yadav has been out of India’s scheme of things for quite some time now, he last participated in international cricket in the India tour of the Sri Lanka limited-overs series in July and had a decent outcome. However, that was not enough for him to register his slot in India’s T20 World Cup 2021 squad.
With the large pool of talented spinners available and with the return of finger spinner Ravichandran Ashwin in the T20I team, Kuldeep Yadav will have to do something astonishing in the domestic cricket and Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 to get his name back in the Indian team.
