Nahida Khan Bids Adieu To International Cricket

Pakistan’s right-handed batter Nahida Khan has announced her retirement from international cricket. Nahida Khan already is in the coaching arena, as she has experience in Pakistan domestic cricket as a post of assistant.

Nahida Khan debuted way back in 2009 against the Island nation. Nahida was a part of the Pakistani cricket team in 3 World Cups–2013, 2017 and 2022. The side couldn’t make any significant progress but Nahida made a mark and a case for herself.

Nahida was a vital cog in Pakistan’s batting unit and in her career, she played 66 ODIs and amassed 1,410 runs. Nahid played 54 T20Is and scored 604 runs with an average of 13.1 and a strike rate of 78.6 which wasn’t that encouraging. Nahida has amassed 2000 runs across all formats.
