Pakistan and Bangladesh go head to head in the sixth and final T20I of the tri-series on October 13, Thursday in Christchurch. Pakistan have won two out of their three games while the Tigers have lost all three games of the series so far. Pakistan and New Zealand will play the final on October 14 in Christchurch.

The series was an ideal preparation for all three teams heading into the T20 World Cup. Pakistan and New Zealand have addressed a few problems that they had in the series. Problems for Bangladesh has increased given how they performed in the series.

Their batters and bowlers both have failed to give their team wins in the series. The absence of a power-hitter in the side is another major aspect of the game that is missing in their side. The series has exposed the side’s weakness both with bat and ball and it will be interesting to see how they play in the mega event.

Pakistan lost their previous match against New Zealand in a fairly one-sided contest. They have been dependent on their openers to do most of the scoring for their side. Their middle order failed to contribute anything substantial for them in the last game.

“Our batting was not up to the mark. Lot of things to discuss and a day off tomorrow, we will ensure we don’t repeat the mistakes in the next game. We had a bad day, if we had got 160 would have been good but 130 is easy for the Black Caps” said Babar after his side’s loss to Pakistan.
