PAK vs ENG: "Inform Us In Advance If Are Planning For 500 Runs To Be Scored In A Single Day"- Shoaib Akhtar Furious On Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)

England Cricket Team was in a beast mode against Pakistan on Day 1 as England managed to score a mammoth 506-4. Pakistani bowlers looked in all sorts of trouble as they weren’t able to contain the batters and wouldn’t have expected such an aggressive batting display.
The Skipper Babar Azam was in a state of shock as all the bowlers were hammered. The team gave away a record 506 runs on an opening day. Pakistan’s inexperienced bowling attack couldn’t put on a fight. The bowlers were quite predictable due to which there was carnage at Rawalpindi.

Shoaib Akhtar on Pakistan Cricket Board
Shoaib Akhtar was seen speaking on his YouTube channel and was quite furious with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). “I urge the fans to write a letter to the PCB, requesting that they inform us in advance if you are planning for 500 runs to be scored in a single day. They had so much time to prepare the wickets.” said Shoaib Akhtar.
“This is not how you play Test cricket. You create a dead track where there is no bounce or seam. PCB could have created a spin-friendly wicket or a bouncy track. But they failed to do either of those things.” he added.
England On a Roll
England wouldn’t have asked for a better start to the Test Series. The batters showed why their aggressive approach is fruitful as smashing 500-odd runs is never easy on any track. We should not forget that Jonny Bairstow is not a part of the setup due to an injury and still the team was able to whack the bowlers all around the park.
Head Coach Brendon McCullum would be mightily pleased with the team’s performance. The former skipper Joe Root wasn’t able to get a massive score under his belt, this says a lot about England’s depth and talent.
