Australia star Pat Cummins and India star Rishabh Pant hilariously ganged up on David Warner after the opening batsman joined Threads, the latest social media platform that was released earlier this week.
Threads has taken the internet by storm and has already garnered millions of users across the world. David Warner also decided to join the bandwagon and announced his arrival on Threads on Friday (July 7). He announced his arrival by tagging his Australia Test captain and one can say that he must have regretted his decision.
Taking to Threads, Warner wrote: “Hey I’m now on threads @patcummins30”

While Warner is a huge hit among Indian fans for his dance videos, it looks like Cummins is not a big fan. The Australia pace spearhead was quick to reply to Warner’s post and the comment went on to garner more likes than the opener’s post in no time. The Australia captain hilariously asked Warner not to post any dance videos on Threads, writing: “No dance videos on here plz.”

David Warner under pressure:
Meanwhile, David Warner is under pressure to do well in Tests after failing with the bat twice in the ongoing third Ashes Test against England at Headingley. Warner fell to Stuart Broad in both innings and has now been dismissed by the England pacer 17 times. No bowler has managed to dismiss Warner as many times as Broad has done so far.

Warner has been underperforming in Tests for quite some time now and the latest failures have only increased the pressure on him. The southpaw has already announced that he will retire from Tests after the upcoming home series but will have to regain his form soon to hold his place in the playing eleven.
