Meanwhile, in the ongoing IPL 2021, SRH is having the worst ever start to their tournament as they have lost 5 matches out of six played and are positioned at the last place in the IPL 2021 points table. They recently lost to Chennai Super Kings in Delhi by 7 wickets, as captain David Warner struggled during his knock of 57 and though he added 100 plus runs with Manish Pandey, who made 61, SRH could only put 171 runs on the board for the loss of 3 wickets.
Ruturaj Gaikwad’s 75 and Faf du Plessis’ half-century and their 129-run opening partnership was enough for CSK to win the match with 9 balls to spare.
